Earth’s lunar power plant on the moon will supply electricity to the inhabitants of the moon

A Swiss company called Astrostrom, in cooperation with the European Space Agency, plans to build the Earth’s lunar power plant. The purpose of building this power plant was to provide several megawatts of microwave power.

According to Tekna technology and technology news service, the proposed solar space station can supply electricity to settlements on the moon. At present, space-based solar power plants are in the center of attention. Currently, scientists are trying to test the possibility of sending electricity to the earth through solar energy and absorbing it with the help of this technology. Solar panels, if placed in space, can receive and store solar energy without any restrictions. Therefore, they will become a sustainable energy source.

Now scientists are trying to find out if this source of solar energy in space will be able to provide electricity to the inhabitants of the moon in the future. The European Space Agency and the Swiss company have unveiled a conceptual plan for the Earth’s lunar station. In this plan, in addition to the possibility of producing solar energy on a large scale and providing clean energy for the earth, the energy supply needed for lunar settlements will also be examined.
