Lugo recorded this moment while the two space station astronauts were installing a solar array outside the station in addition to the space walk. He says that the space station passed in front of three groups of spots in a fraction of a second. The space station is orbiting the earth and it rotates around it every 90 minutes. This station can travel twice the distance from the Earth to the Moon in 24 hours.

In this video, the space station is shown at a close distance from the sun, while they are at a safe distance from each other. Lugo drove 6 hours to Holland to record these pictures. At that moment, an hour had passed since the space walk.
