Scientists use artificial intelligence to create an atlas of brain cells.

For this reason, the Allen Brain Science Institute in collaboration with Amazon Web Services plans to use artificial intelligence for their purposes.

They plan to create a map of the brain for the purpose of treating brain disorders. Ed Lin, one of the senior researchers of this study from the Allen Institute, says: A lot of investments have been made in this field and we have a lot of information, but none of it is centralized and cannot be combined.

This group of researchers plans to prepare a complete map of the brain and introduce it as a database related to brain cells in the world. According to them, by using machine learning, data related to the structure and function of the brain can be obtained. Mammals will be standardized to prepare the map.

Single cell genomic technology will be used to prepare this map. Also, by measuring the genes inside the brain, this technology can help scientists understand the complexities of brain cells and cognitive function.
