These people should come to America to pursue their careers. This group can continue to teach or have a research position of the same scale in one of the universities or institutes of higher education.

But these immigrants cannot fill the immigration application form for foreign workers by themselves. This must be done through their future employer. He must prepare an invitation to work and fill out the l-140 form to apply for the immigration of these workers.

Multinational managers or executives

In order to be able to immigrate to America, these managers must have certain employment conditions in the past. These individuals must have been employed by overseas affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, or branches of the U.S. employer corporation in at least one of the past three years.

Second type: migration of specialized people with high qualifications and special and exceptional executive ability
