The YouTube Shorts platform allows users to turn comments into Tik Tok-like videos.
YouTube has once again copied one of Tik Tok’s features and users can create content from the opinions and comments they see under the videos. So, if you see a comment under a shorts video that is funny or creative, you can turn it into a short video.
It’s not yet clear how this feature will work, but this type of short video made from comments is very similar to a feature on Tik Tok. In Tik Tok, you can create a short video by tapping on comments and selecting the video icon on the left side of the screen.
Using the new Shortsh feature, users can take inspiration from other people’s comments and turn them into engaging videos. This is a great way for people to share their thoughts and ideas about shorts videos.
Currently, those who comment on shorts have no way to prevent their comments from appearing unless the video creator disables the option for others to leave comments. On the other hand, when other people’s comments are used to create a short video, YouTube will not notify the creator of the video and the person who commented.
If you are concerned about using comments in your videos, you can disable the comments option. YouTube has said that it is testing this feature with a limited number of Android and iOS users. So you’ll soon be able to turn comments that are funny or creative into a shorts video.
