Increasing the capabilities of Alexa Plus
With this new feature, the user can ask Alexa Plus to do all the steps for him instead of switching between several applications. For example, by saying, “Find a great restaurant or cafe near me and book a dinner table for two,” Alexa handles the rest of the way.
Over the years, the main problem with voice assistants has been that the user can talk to them, but the scope of what these tools can do has been limited. Amazon has now tried to remove this limitation by integrating third-party services with Alexa Plus.

The new version of Alexa Plus can maintain the context of the conversation, answer the user’s questions and complete his multi-step tasks. Amazon says it will soon unveil more partnerships to push Alexa+ into other areas, such as health, paid subscriptions and other subscription services. In this way, Alexa Plus can act instead of the user and do a large part of the repetitive and time-consuming daily tasks. Recently, the Alexa Plus website was activated for a limited group of users.
