The conclusion of the first artificial intelligence bootcamp was held by Hemtek Accelerator on the 7th of September with the introduction of the top teams.
The artificial intelligence bootcamp with the support of the Intelligence and Digital Economy Headquarters started on July 14 with a two-day event and ended after continuous training and the presentation of the selected teams.
In the initial event of the bootcamp held at the Azadi Innovation Factory, the problem owners who were brought together by the Hemtek accelerator raised issues and the participants worked on team building while brainstorming ideas to solve these issues. Finally, in this event, 12 teams were organized in different fields of artificial intelligence, which had to go through the next steps of the bootcamp.
After the kick-off event, teams were provided with dedicated mentoring to progress to a stage where their solutions could be judged. In this way, 8 teams reached the stage of the initial round, and after the feedback received from the judges, 2 teams stopped to continue their activities, so that finally 6 teams were present in the final round.
The closing of the bootcamp was held at the place of Innovation and Prosperity Fund. In this event, teams presented their solutions and business models and were evaluated by judges. At the end of the event, 2 Dialog teams with the idea of converting speech to text and analyzing the voices of customers and Metka with the idea of intelligent diagnosis of skin diseases were introduced as the top teams and received the permission to participate in the Hemtek acceleration course.
Hemtek is a specialized accelerator in the field of artificial intelligence that started its activity in 2017.
