“We have to make sure that we are in the right direction to achieving the goals of the Seventh Progress Plan in the field of emerging technologies and act in a way that reports on progress every month,” he said. The country’s capacity in this field is high; We have an educated and motivated young people that we need to open the field for them to move the country towards progress.
“We need to fully benefit from the scientific capacity of all universities and research centers and utilize the country’s scientific capacity to meet the needs of the people,” Aref emphasized the need for greater government engagement with universities, research centers and knowledge -based companies to develop and apply emerging technologies. Our nation is grateful and we must serve emerging technologies in the welfare of the people.
The first vice president noted: “The use of artificial intelligence needs to be prioritized and policymaking and the ethics, security, privacy and decentralization should be taken into account.”

Aref also called for a specific mechanism for demand and data submission by executive agencies to use national artificial intelligence platforms.
