Apple’s latest iPhones finally came on the market. These new handsets include the iPhone 5 series as well as the controversial iPhone. It is the thinnest iPhone ever made. To reduce the phone’s fiercest, Apple had to make changes inside it, including reducing battery capacity. However, the company is selling a special Magsiff battery case for the iPhone Air. Although Apple is not accustomed to announcing the battery capacity of its products, information has now been released.
According to information obtained by the Digino website, the IFIXIT collection claims that the battery inside the case is strange. Instead of a common rectangular design, it is quite similar to the battery displayed inside the iPhone Air at Apple’s recent Awe Droping event. Of course, there has been no official approval by Apple that the case has a capacity similar to the iPhone Air battery. However, experts have declared the battery thickness of the case to be only 1.5 mm. This size is easily fitted into the phone with a thickness of 1.5, while the battery frame itself is 1.5mm thick, even more than the iPhone Air.
If the battery inside the frame is really similar to the sample inside the phone, Apple can have an easy production process without the need for a separate battery production line. If this is true, it is theoretically expected to provide a 5 % longer battery life for the device. However, some energy is wasted while transferring the current from one device to another. This waste will be even greater when using wireless charging methods, including Magsif. Therefore, 5 % of the extra charge can be a large figure that the frame provides for the iPhone Air.
Initial reports show that the battery has a capacity of 5 mAh. Apple claims that its new product, with a maximum of 4 hours of video playback, can have a full charge day. This is higher than the iPhone 5, which was estimated to play up to 4 hours. Even the Cupertino technology giant has claimed that the iPhone Air can be charged for up to 4 hours thanks to the new Magsif case.
Price of iPhone Air and its Magsiev battery in India
The price of the iPhone Air in India for the 4GB base version starts from Rs.1.1. The 2GB and 1TB versions of the handset are priced at 1.2,3 and 2.3, respectively. Its Magsiev battery case is also sold for 2 rupees. Apple, of course, has claimed that the frame is only compatible with the iPhone Air.
