Microsoft announced that Windows 11 version 21H2 will end on October 10, 2023.
This issue includes all versions of Windows 11 21H2 released in October 2021, including Home, Pro, Pro Education, and Pro for Workstation.
Microsoft has said in its statement that these versions will no longer receive security updates after October 10, 2023.
According to Microsoft, those who contact Microsoft support after this date will be told to update their devices to the latest version of Windows 11 to continue receiving support.
After that date, Windows 10 21H2 devices running Home and Pro editions will no longer receive monthly security updates for new bugs and security issues. Support for different versions of Windows 10 21H2 ends this month.
Microsoft has published a list of all products whose support will end in the coming months, and users can refer to the company’s website for more information.
Windows 11 22H2 has been widely available to eligible Windows devices since October last year.
