Google unveiled its fourth generation of its smartwatch, Pixel Watch 4 at the annual event, Made by Google. This product may not have a stabilized position in the competition with giants like Apple Watch and the Samsung Galaxy Watch, but with unique design and new features, it follows a different path.
Many remember that the first generation of Pixel Watch was marketed with challenges such as the high margins of the display and the not -so -satisfying battery life, and has raised concerns that the gadget may also be the fate of other Google products. However, with four generations of continuous effort, Google has made Pixel Wach a complete product.
One of the most prominent changes at first glance is the display design. Although the overall look of the watch looks familiar, Google has used a new panel called ACTUA 360, in which not only the protective glass, but also the display panel itself has a dome and curved structure. This creative approach has made the margins thinner 15 percent thinner and the content display space increases by 10 %. The screen brightness also reached a 50 % leap to 3,000 nits, which transforms its readability under direct sunlight.
Along with the hardware, the Wear OS 6 operating system also has a complete harmony with the rounded clock form with the Material 3 Expressive design language. Widgets and menus have been redesigned to show more information to the user at a glance.
Battery life, one of the main weaknesses of the first generation, has now improved significantly. The 41mm model is up to 30 hours and the 45mm model is charged to 40 hours. These figures reach 2 and 3 days in energy savings. The charger is also completely transformed and now connected to the clock. This clever design allows Pixel Watch 4 to act as a desktop display while charging. The charging speed also increases by 25 % and only 15 minutes to reach zero to 50 %.

Perhaps the most important and admirable feature of Pixel Watch 4 is its focus on repairability. For the first time in the history of this product, the display and the battery are easily replaceable. This move is a big step forward in the world of smart watches, which are often unprotected.
In the software section, the Jammua Jammua is replaced by Google Assistant, and thanks to the Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 processor, many processing is done internalized on the device itself. The fascinating feature of “Raise-to-Talk” allows the user to speak with jams without saying the phrase “Hey Google”. Google has also introduced an artificial intelligence -based health instructor who offers appropriate exercise programs based on sleep status or user injuries.
