Apple Vision Pro is only sold in person and by scanning users’ faces

News has been published regarding the sale of the Apple Vision Pro headset, which indicates that the sale of this device will probably be in person. Apple plans to collect facial scans of all users.

According to Tekna technology and technology news service, Apple asks users to make an appointment in order to sell their headset in person. According to the Bloomberg reporter, Apple has prepared special sections for testing headsets by users. These sections are supposed to be created within Apple Stores. The first centers that will be equipped with these sections will be Apple stores in New York and St. Angeles. Apple had previously chosen a similar method to sell the Apple Watch in 2015.

In face-to-face sales, sellers are sure of the size of the headset for the user’s head and will equip it with medical lenses if needed. These stores are supposed to stock thousands of lens heads.
