With the expansion of artificial intelligence in the workplace, concerns about eliminating some jobs have increased. But not all jobs are at risk.
According to the latest report released on the Visual Capitalist Platform, some jobs remain out of the reach of artificial intelligence algorithms due to human nature, decision -making and the need for social interaction.
The report, which is extracted from the ESQUIMOZ platform analysis, has a combination of “automation risk” and “level of human interaction” and ranked more resistant to artificial intelligence replacement.
Topic Jobs: From Medical Emergency to Human Resource Management
At the top of the list are medical emergency technicians (EMTs) and social workers in the field of health, respectively, with 100 % of human interaction and very low automation risk (7 and 11 percent), respectively, the most resistant to replacement with artificial intelligence.
Justice lawyers, health services managers, construction project supervisors and human resource managers are also next. The common characteristic of these jobs is the need to understand context, human decision -making and complex communication skills; The abilities that artificial intelligence have still failed to imitate.
Technical and ID jobs are still safe
Jobs such as repairers, technical maintenance, and executives of the executive teams have also been saved from automation sting due to their practical nature and dependence on changing conditions. However, many more routine or analytical jobs are exposed to faster automation.

Why is this important to Iran?
As the development of artificial intelligence in Iran has also entered the operational phase and concerns about the future of human businesses in the business environment, education and even government services, these types of reports can be a good basis for redesigning the country’s skill and educational system.
Also, given the focus of many artificial intelligence programs in Iran on areas such as customer service, content, banking and training, this classification can be a good roadmap for future jobs and the need for soft human skills.
