Google has just added new capabilities to the Gemini artificial intelligence model that could transform the company’s position in artificial intelligence competition. This new update allows users to execute scheduled commands for Pro and Ultra versions; A capability that is a great step towards turning Jina into a “smart personal assistant”.
Jamina, who was the main star of Google’s new products at the Google I/O event last month, can now perform the planned and repeatable tasks. For example, it can be asked to provide a summary of daily programs and unread emails every morning, or suggest a few new ideas every week for writing a blog.
“Just ask Jena to do something at a certain time, from providing a summary of sports competitions to sending a reminder for a specific job,” wrote.
This update is currently enabled for users of advanced Jamina and some organizationspace organizational users. With these changes, Google has overcome competitors such as ChatGpt and Claude, and Apple has been challenged with Siri.
