According to Microsoft, each person, from simple employee to senior manager, can become a company CEO where artificial ielligence performs differe tasks.
The transformation will be based on “demand -based ielligence” and will take place in three stages, including the use of artificial ielligence assistas, cooperation with digital partners and the manageme of business processes.
However, the widespread ery of artificial ielligence io the labor market also has challenges. Microsoft believes the technology will increase productivity by eliminating hard work, but experts warn that it can lead to widespread human resources unemployme.
The company predicts that in the next five years, organizations will move towards leading companies, where humans play new roles in the work world by guiding and managing artificial ielligence ages.
