The launch date of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra flagship phone has been confirmed, according to a new leak.
Apparently, this phone will be unveiled at the end of February (early March). This timing is close to the beginning of Mobile World Congress 2025 and it is likely that Xiaomi will use this event to officially introduce this phone, just like last year.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be equipped with the most powerful chip in the world, the Snapdragon 8 Elite. The phone will also feature a 2K OLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
In terms of software, Xiaomi 15 Ultra will use Android 15 with Xiaomi’s proprietary user interface, HyperOS 2. The battery of this phone has a capacity of 6000 mAh and supports 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
In the camera department, Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be equipped with a quad camera system. The main camera of this phone is apparently a Sony Lytia LYT-900 sensor with a size of 1 inch, which is expected to produce very high quality images.
In addition, there will be a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 100x hybrid zoom.
