Artificial intelligence startup Runway from Model Frames unveiled The main focus of this model is on choosing different styles for image production. With this model, you can produce images that look like movies from the 70s and 80s, for example.
According to Runway, with the Frames model, users can better produce content that resembles a certain period or style of art. Of course, Frames doesn’t replace the company’s current model, the Gen-3 Alpha, but enhances it. According to the company, Gen-3 Alpha will gradually be available to more users to create attractive images and videos alongside the new Frames model.
New model of runway image production
As you can see in the video above and images below, you can have Frames generate your prompt based on movies from specific decades. The exits are so realistic thanks to the new Runway model that it’s hard to tell that AI produced them.

Runway introduced the Gen-3 Alpha this June. Compared to the previous model, Gen-2, this multi-modal model has significant improvements in the structure, style and movement of subjects.
