HyperOS 2 update will be released soon for several Xiaomi phones

After months of waiting and various rumors, Xiaomi finally unveiled its new HyperOS 2 operating system update program. According to the company’s official announcement, many Xiaomi smart devices will be equipped with HyperOS 2 from November 2024.

ALast wave of updates:

• November 2024: Xiaomi 14 series (including 14T and 14T Pro) and Xiaomi 13T Pro are at the top of the list of devices that will experience HyperOS 2 in the first month. Also, the Redmi Note 13 series and various Poco models (X6, X6 Pro, F6 Pro and M6 Pro) will also be equipped with the new operating system this month. Even the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 tablet and the Smart Band 9 Pro smart bracelet will not be left out of this update.
• December 2024: In the second month, it will be the Xiaomi 13T, Poco F6 and M6 to join the HyperOS 2 lineup. In addition, older models of Xiaomi (series 13, 12, 11 and 12T) and Redmi (13, 12 and Note 12) will also be updated. Also, some Xiaomi tablets including Pad 6 and Poco Pad will also be equipped with the new operating system this month.

Xiaomi has said that not all of the company’s devices will be updated to HyperOS 2. Some older models, such as the Poco X4 Pro and F4, will still be running previous versions of the OS.
