Some Vision Pro buyers are looking to return it to Apple

Some buyers announced that they plan to return Vision Pro headset to this company due to problems such as high price and heavy weight.

According to Tekna technology and technology news service, a new report recently published by Business Insider shows that some Vision Pro buyers are dissatisfied with this headset and plan to return it to Apple. One of the reasons that users encountered was the heavy weight, low quality of Passthrough mode and the high price of this headset. It seems that the users could not cope with these problems and are planning to return it to the original company. Also, some workers only intended to test this headset from the beginning and now they are looking to return it.

According to Business Insider, when the Vision Pro headset was released, there were people interested in buying in the lines of Apple stores, but after about two weeks, some of them are looking to return this $3500 headset. One of the most important problems of Vision Pro is its design and heavy weight. One of the users on YouTube placed this device on his head and face and declared that if it is placed correctly on the head, it will still create an unpleasant feeling. According to him, it is not possible to place it on the head in the same way for a long time. Also, people who work with phones and computers continuously will not be able to use this headset.

Another user named Colin Michael explained in a YouTube video the reason for returning the Vision Pro. In this video, he said that the weight of this device is an additional and tangible burden. It doesn't make much sense to do some extra steps using this headset when you can do them with iPhone and Mac.
