Zarepour pointed to the development plans of the smart government and informed about the development plans in this area in the 7th development plan, and about the government's view on the definition of the smart government, he said: “The smart government means a service without the need to refer and provide evidence in real time without human intervention.”
Regarding the expansion of the services of this window, he said: “After connecting the devices to the national window of smart government services, all of them should have provided all their services in this window by November this year, and by the end of December, all inquiries of these services should be sent to It should be done automatically and also by the end of this year, 20% of services should be provided intelligently.”
About the expansion of services provided to the users of the smart services window of the government, Hayes Zarepour said that until now about 65 to 70 percent of the services of the devices are available in the national smart services window. He continued: “A supervisory committee has been formed with the presence of the responsible institutions including the Ministry of Communications, the Employment Affairs Organization, the Program and Budget Organization and the Information Technology Executive Council, and the services of each institution are evaluated separately from their type to their quality.”
Zarepour announced that the government's determination to make the services intelligent is serious and added: “Because the government has determined to provide all services in the national window of the smart government services to the people according to the plan, and the president also emphasized that even “If one percent of the service is not provided, the work is incomplete.”

The Minister of Communications stated that so far more than 30 million Iranian citizens over the age of 18 have used the services of the smart government at least once in the past year and a half and said: “Currently, for more than 3 thousand services that have been provided, On average, there are more than 60 million visits per month, and more than 20 million visits take place daily during school registration days.

Zarepour, while appreciating the Islamic Council for determining the task of the country's institutions for making them intelligent, stated: “According to the specified legal task, until the end of the 7th development plan, we will no longer have any non-intelligent services.”
Regarding the state of air pollution, which recently caused serious health problems for citizens in big cities, the Minister of Communications believes that part of this problem is due to people going to receive government services in person.
Regarding users' access to fiber optic internet, the Minister of Communications said: “This project is considered the largest communication project in the history of the country, because by providing speeds of 1000 megabits, the access of users will increase 80 to 90 times, so that for the next decades, the country's communication infrastructure will be increased.” be provided.”
