The objectives related to the national information network in the 7th development plan are one of the most important parts of this plan for the development of the digital economy. The National Information Network is one of the country's main infrastructures for the development of digital economy and smart government.
According to the published law, he is the most important person responsible for the development of the national information network in the seventh development plan of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. According to this law, the Ministry of Communications is obliged to use the capacities of the private and public sectors to provide the possibility of connecting administrative, commercial and residential places in the whole country using optical fiber.
In addition to that, the Ministry of Communications, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, and the National Standards Organization, three months after the program, must formulate the necessary rules and regulations for making buildings smart.
