Google is now making using artificial ielligence (AI) the same way that using the iernet was simple and easy in the past. Thomas Kurian, CEO of Google Cloud, said: “We are taking advaage of the complexity of the AI model and expanding the use of AI by developing a user-friendly ierface called chat. In this way, AI technology can be used by differe teams in a company to improve their work processes and tasks.
According to Hoshio, Google has recely iroduced two groundbreaking products, Duet AI in Workspace and Vertex AI. These innovative solutions are expected to have a transformative impact on the market. This stateme was made by Kurian during the Google Cloud Next eve.
Artificial ielligence can be used in almost every sector and differe areas of a company or industry. Retailers are testing this technology for shopping and commerce. Telecom companies use it for customer service. Banks use this technology to combine financial statemes related to people’s wealth.
“We expect that as we make it easier for people to use the Iernet and increase the number of users, the number of people who can use artificial ielligence will also increase.”
Vertex AI Search and Conversation, which was made available at the Cloud Next eve, allows developers with minimal machine learning knowledge to take data, customize it, build an ieractive chatbot or search engine io it, and run applications. Run in just a few hours.
Aparna Pappu, vice preside and general manager of Google Workspace, highlighted Duet’s AI capabilities and said that Duet is very useful. In another media ieraction at this eve, he said, “Artificial ielligence can help in tasks such as writing emails and preseations using differe sources. In addition, it can summarize what was discussed in a virtual meeting and even participate in the meeting on behalf of the user.
Kurian said that generative artificial ielligence is no longer limited to the IT sector, but is now being used in various other functions within companies and is finding its place in differe functions across companies.
“When we look at productive AI users in marketing, human resources, supply chain organizations, none of them would talk to us before, but at this conference, many of them who don’t have an engineering background and come from differe lines of business are eager to understand. It has become a matter of how they can use generative AI technology to advance their respective areas of expertise.”
Google has provided an artificial ielligence platform that protects data and ensures that this information is not leaked. He added: “We have a feature in Vertex that uses artificial ielligence to protect data and ensure that it is not exposed.” Kurian said they analyzed a million users and found that people using the Duet feature could write significaly more AI-assisted emails, and more than half of that coe was generated by the AI model. “For example, an average Duet user can typically write 30-40% more emails with more than 50% model-generated coe.”
