Microsoft announced Thursday that it’s previewing a new artificial ielligence system called Copilot Tasks that takes care of your tedious and time-consuming tasks in the background. Using its own browser and cloud-based computer, this feature removes the processing load from your device and can manage various tasks such as scheduling appoimes or creating study plans while you are busy with other work.
As Microsoft pois out, you can use natural language to explain what you wa to Copilot Tasks and delegate tasks to it on a recurring, scheduled, or one-time basis. After completing its task, this artificial ielligence will provide you with a report of the work done.
What tasks can be assigned to Copilot Tasks?
You can ask Copilot Tasks to do things like organize subscriptions and cancel ones you don’t use, or even turn your inbox emails, attachmes, and images io a slide show. Other uses of this artificial ielligence assista include finding urge emails and drafting their responses, planning zero to one hundred birthday parties, and tracking new apartme real ads.


Copilot Tasks seems to be Microsoft’s answer to the Ageic AI capabilities that have been iroduced in rece mohs; Including Claude Cowork, Age Mode feature in ChatGPT, Computer feature in Perplexity and “auto-browse” feature of Google Chrome browser which works with Gemini artificial ielligence.
Microsoft says that Tasks will ask for your permission before performing “sensitive and importa actions” such as making a payme or sending a message.
