This game is a single-player action role-playing game where you and your dog play the main role. The story of the game takes place in 4026, and the protagonists, Emma and Koo, meet each other in a land in the east. But he was born with blight, which gave him the power to control plants. He lacks memory and emotions, and because of this, he is rejected and feared by others and lives a completely isolated life. Cove is a type of creature called malefact; Creatures that are a serious threat to the world. But it has the role of sealer; A task that includes hunting malefacts and absorbing their blight in your body.

Although their existence is fundamentally incompatible, fate brings them together. Their journey takes them to the Far West, where they must face the Beast of Reincarnation, the source of all blights. The impact of blight can suddenly change the environment, turning landscapes into dense, overgrown forests. These blighted forests are created by massive malefactors called Nushi. Emma and Cove must go through these forests and Malfects and defeat Noshi. To finally defeat the Beast of Reincarnation, they must absorb Noshi’s immense power and acquire his skills. Emma and Cove both have a heavy secret with them. During the game, they encounter allies who offer their support but who also have big secrets. These secrets intertwine with Emma and Cove’s journey to create a multi-layered and deep story.

The gameplay of Beast of Reincarnation is a combination of two styles:

• Emma fights with her fast katana.
• Cove activates his powerful skills through a command-based system similar to turn-based role-playing.

By parrying against enemy attacks with Emma, ​​you gain points that are used to activate Cove’s skills. Cove’s command menu can be opened at any time and he has a wide range of skills to cover different combat situations. Combat slows down to give you time to think and plan tactically when choosing Cove’s skills. The game has three levels of difficulty, and in Story Mode, the fill time is longer and the enemy damage is reduced.

For more depth in combat, you can use items called Spirit Stones that have different effects based on your performance in battle. You can also find a new katana for Emma and charms for Kuve, each offering unique benefits. Combining these elements allows players to create and customize their own unique fighting style.
