In the continuation of the event, Bresa artificial intelligence manager Navin Rai explained the company’s approach in operationalizing AI; An approach that sees AI not just as an analytical tool, but as part of users’ daily workflow. According to him, these capabilities are implemented in two levels:
The first level, intelligent tools for system designers and developers and the second level, direct application of AI for end users. Among the presented examples, we can mention the extraction of structured data from unstructured files such as PDF resumes and contracts, the automatic completion of organizational forms and even the analysis of legal texts without the need for a standard format.
In this model, artificial intelligence can go beyond answering and by receiving a text command, start processes in the system or place specific tasks in users’ folders.

The final part of the conference was dedicated to the experience transfer panel; A panel with the presence of information technology managers from the fields of government, banking, petrochemicals, industries and project management, where the benefits, limitations and challenges of the widespread use of system building platforms on an organizational scale were examined.
