Preside Donald Trump has launched a new program called the US Tech Force to seriously modernize the federal governme while competing with China in artificial ielligence.
According to reports, this two-year plan is supposed to attract about a thousand technology and artificial ielligence experts from major companies such as Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft and other major Silicon Valley players. The main goal of the program is to deploy these experts in governme organizations to work on critical projects, improve data infrastructure, develop governme applications, and use artificial ielligence to increase governme efficiency and accouability.
America was not to lose to China in artificial ielligence competition
Participas of the program will include engineers, data scieists, project managers and artificial ielligence specialists. Organizations define projects based on their needs, and the US Office of Human Resources Manageme (OPM) is responsible for the technical review and initial screening of applicas, while the final ierview and hiring decisions are made by each organization. The annual salary for these forces will be between $130,000 and $200,000 depending on the position, and benefits will be provided according to federal standards.

This program coinues Trump’s focus on artificial ielligence, which has previously been followed by lowering regulatory barriers and developing AI infrastructure. Trump previously disbanded the US Digital Service (USDS), which was created by the Obama administration in 2014 to improve governme digital services, and fired many of its employees to create the Departme of Governme Productivity. Now, by recruiting experts from the biggest tech companies, the Trump administration is looking to impleme key projects such as iegrating artificial ielligence io defense systems, improving data analytics, and modernizing tax systems.
This plan also provides an opportunity to expand cooperation with the private sector; More than 20 major companies, including Adobe, OpenAI, Nvidia, Zoom and others, will provide training resources, meoring and professional support to the troops, and some will nominate their employees to serve temporarily with the governme. After the two-year period, participas can coinue to work in the public or private sector, and partner companies are committed to reviewing their work history for future recruitme. By combining hands-on training, competitive financial benefits, and post-graduation career paths, the US Tech Force program demonstrates the US governme’s efforts to compete directly with major tech companies to attract AI elites and maiain an active presence on the global tech scene.
