According to TestingCatalog’s Alexei Shabanov, this feature was recely enabled in Gemina. He first noticed its existence in November, and an analysis of APK files showed that Google may have rolled out the feature on a limited basis in the past few days. This feature allows users to benefit from Gemina’s advanced reasoning models without leaving the main application environme, and at the same time, it is possible to quickly return to notebooks by touching the Sources button and viewing the NotebookLM ierface.
However, this feature is currely limited and is not yet widely available to all users. Google is expected to announce the official iegration of this feature after the wider rollout. This action shows Google’s effort to make it easier to access powerful artificial ielligence tools and provide a unified experience in Gemina, and it can increase the use of NotebookLM in data analysis and coe creation.
