Details from Microsoft’s financial report show that most companies running AI-based applications are still not making significa profits, but some companies are still making significa profits.
In fact, the boom in artificial ielligence has been very profitable for gias like Microsoft; Because today, almost all companies are looking to create a business focused on artificial ielligence and they need cloud infrastructure to make this technology work. Other tech gias, such as Google and Amazon, have made considerable money by providing cloud infrastructure services to AI companies.
If Microsoft is making significa revenue from its Azure service, it’s no surprise that it was to expand it. Azure now has 400 data ceers in 70 differe regions around the world.
Microsoft was previously the exclusive provider of cloud services to OpenAI, but that privilege was lost last January, and OpenAI sought to diversify its cloud relationships. OpenAI is now looking to build dedicated data ceers with capacities of more than 10 gigawatts in differe regions of America.
