Microsoft has just unveiled some new artificial ielligence features for Windows 11 that could change the way users ieract with computers. The company announced that it was to “rewrite the eire operating system around artificial ielligence” by enabling the “Hey Copilot” voice assista and iroducing “automated ages” for all computers equipped with this operating system.
In new features, Microsoft was your voice to be the third main input method to computers after mouse and keyboard. Over the next few days, all Windows 11 users around the world will be able to activate the Copilot voice assista. This feature allows you to call your AI assista from anywhere in the operating system by saying Hey Copilot.
Although this feature may remind us of Microsoft’s previous failed attempt, Cortana, but now the company’s approach has changed. Microsoft believes now is the right time for this transformation, as the company’s iernal data shows that users are twice as likely to ieract with Copilot via voice than text.
Youssef Mehdi, Chief Marketing Officer of Microsoft, says:
“In our opinion, voice will now become the third input mechanism for using your computer. “This assista will not necessarily replace the keyboard and mouse, but will be a new way of doing things.”

Also, all these features are available for all Windows 11 computers and there is no need to buy a new “Copilot+ PC” computer.

Microsoft has also iroduced a new security framework due to the security risks of erusting computer corol to artificial ielligence. The main idea is to create “age user accous”; Separate Windows user accous under which AI ages operate in a sandboxed environme.
Also, this feature is disabled by default and the user must enable it. However, there is one worrying poi: these ages will have access to the user’s Documes, Downloads, Desktop and Pictures folders by default, which can be a serious concern for network administrators in companies.
