The state of California in the United States will enforce new laws on artificial ielligence and chats. A bill aimed at regulating the artificial ielligence chat industry has now become official law in the state.
California Governor Gavin Nawsam has signed the Senate No. 1 bill, according to Verj. The Senator Ahony Padila has referred to the bill, “The first coury’s conservation measures in the field of artificial ielligence chats.” Under this new law, chat developers are required to take new safety measures to protect users.
For example, if a rational person mistakenly imagines when ieracting with a chatting that is talking to a human being, the manufacturer is obliged to clearly declare that their product is merely an artificial ielligence system and is not human.

Also from next year, the new law will oblige some artificial ielligence chats to submit annual reports to the Office of Suicide Preveion. These reports should include an explanation of measures adopted to ideify, eliminate and respond to suicide thoughts. The suicide preveion office is also required to publish this data on its website to maiain public transparency on how these chats work.
California’s new law for age corol in app stores
The state of California has also recely joined the states that have set age corols for app stores and operating systems. The new law, AB 1043, is one of several iernet -related bills that Gavin Nawsam signed on Monday. The collection also includes rules on social networking tags, chats and sex dipfology.
Technology companies have also supported the bill, saying that AB 1043 offers a more balanced approach to the age of the users than in other states, while better guaraeing privacy.
In the new California law, children can still download apps without their pares’ conse. It also does not require users to upload an ID card or photo ideity. The main idea of the bill is to bring his or her age to the pare; Therefore, the law is more of an age restriction than a system for autheication.
