Capcom has just released new trailers and images of Onimusha: Way of the Sword, which deals with the story of the main character, Miyamoto Musashi.
This story trailer is displayed in the Capcom Tokyo Game Show 2025 online program and shows supernatural eves that begin this dark faasy. The trailer also iroduces new characters who play an importa role in the story of the game.
After Miamoto Masashi’s arrival in Kyoto, this samurai is attacked by the Genma demons. On the eve of death, Masashi receives a gift that is the oni Gaulet gloves that give him the power to stand up to these underlying monsters. However, as a fighter who was to make his path with his own hand, he seeks to cut off his relationship with this magical object.
During the Masashi trip, he meets with Izumo No Okuni and Ono No Takamura, new friends built based on the real characters of Japanese history. With the mysterious sound of the evil woman inside her gloves, Masashi is directed to Takamura, a respected fencing with her own gloves. He also encouers Uxoni, a well -known actor who is famous for the Kabuki dance and left the scene to find a way to defeat Jenma.
New images also show scenes of gameplay facing enemies on the streets of Kyoto, including Togemaru, a marker with razors on his spine that fights highly to destroy his targets. Although Masashi is relucta to use evil gloves, it has to use its power to kill powerful enemies.
Onimusha: Way of the Sword will be released for PlayStation 2, Xbox X/S Series and PCs. You can see the trailer and published images below.
