With the key to eating the first phase of the “Assistant to the Executive Devices”, Iran took a new step towards the use of artificial intelligence. The project is defined in collaboration with universities and knowledge -based companies and aims to convert public data to state agencies into a more accurate and efficient decision -making.
In an event attended by the Vice President of Science and University Representatives, it was announced that the first copies of artificial intelligence assistant for ministries and government agencies are ready to be exploited. These assistants are developed based on native language models (LLM) and fully support Farsi.
According to the explanations provided, the implementation of this project goes in four phases:
Upload the rules and regulations of the executive agencies
Loading the rules and data.
Data modeling and prediction
Using Smart Assistant in decision -making processes
Numerous universities have been responsible for the development of dedicated assistants for various ministries; Including Khajeh Nasir University for Cultural Heritage, Shahid Beheshti University for Sports and Sciences, Isfahan University of Technology for the Ministry of Semit, Shiraz University for Agriculture Jihad, University of Tehran for Oil, and Al -Zahra University for the Ministry of Communications. A private company has also developed a comprehensive system for analysis and modeling.
According to Hossein Afshin, the vice president of science, the data of these assistants are not confidential, and any law or bylaws that have a public beneficiary must be available to everyone. He also emphasized that in addition to universities, more than 5 knowledge -based companies have worked on the artificial intelligence platform so far, and to date, five contracts have been signed with the private sector.
“Unlike ChatGPT, where there is a risk of data leakage, the national assistant can maintain the security of the country’s data and prevent systems from instability,” said a representative of the Ministry of Health.
In another part of his speech, Afshin pointed to the world’s world situation in the field of artificial intelligence. According to him, Iran is ranked No. 2 in the world in terms of scientific production and in the field of machine learning, but there is still a significant gap in the applied indicators. For this reason, the project’s focus is on creating a real market for artificial intelligence and turning the government into the first buyer of the technology.
According to the schedule, the different phases of the project will be completed by the end of the year, and the first intelligent assistant ministries are expected to be fully launched in the same period.
The National Artificial Intelligence Assistant Project can be considered one of Iran’s most serious steps to convert artificial intelligence knowledge into practical application. The concomitant participation of universities and knowledge -based companies provides an opportunity to cultivate specialized human resources and create new markets in the field of technology. If this route goes according to the program, artificial intelligence assistants can become a capable arm for the government in policymaking, transparency and efficiency, while at the same time pave the way for the growth of the artificial intelligence industry in the country.
