While the restrictive and security view of the Iernet coinues and the governme has focused on completing the national information network and providing services, the Majlis Research Ceer has recely made suggestions on the general artificial ielligence plan. Suggestions and amendmes that indicate the restriction of this technology with a security and state -run view. According to the vice -preside of the Tehran Artificial Ielligence Commission, the spirit of reforming the Majlis Research Ceer is the general design of this technology, security and focused on the withdrawal of artificial ielligence developme from expert and technical rails.
In rece weeks, the Majlis Research Ceer has published corrective suggestions for the general artificial ielligence plan, and has found the establishme of a private fund and the developme of the technology as corary to the constitution.
The ceer also believes that the private sector does not need to be involved in the formulation of the coury’s equipme supply guidelines. He even suggested that he be prese at the Technology Council to investigate and reduce the risks of artificial ielligence, the secretary of the National Security Council.
The same has exacerbated the concerns of experts and experts over governme and security for the developme of artificial ielligence in the coury. Mohammad Bagher Sajjadi, Vice Preside of the Artificial Ielligence Commission and Nasr Tehran Organization, in an ierview with Digiato, explains the proposals of the Majlis Research Ceer on the general artificial ielligence plan:
“The ceer’s views for reforming the artificial ielligence plan have been influenced by the 12 -day war. However, the artificial ielligence in this war was not bold in and out and has been magnified. On the other hand, not only the enemy’s cyberattacks had nothing to do with artificial ielligence; Rather, the iensification of access to information in that war was due to the lack of proper defining and implemeation of security protocols and standards. “So highlighting the security role of artificial ielligence and the restoration of this technology is completely wrong and non -expert.”
The security look at artificial ielligence also reached
Sajjadi also criticizes that the sovereigy and officials are always in the face of advanced security technologies: “When any new technology eers the coury, the security label has been labeled and the rest of this technology is overlooked. This looks a major obstacle to the developme of artificial ielligence. مرکز پژوهشهای مجلس هم کلیات طرح هوش مصنوعی را با همین نگاه اصلاح کردند و این طرح را از حالت کارشناسی به حالت غیر کارشناسی تغییر داده است.»

He emphasizes that artificial ielligence issues should be examined in an expert and technical manner: “Even the security issues of this technology should be transferred in a group or at a request from the Supreme National Security Council. On the other hand, the National Security Council cannot examine technically and expert dimensions related to the technology, and an IT expert needs to report a report on national security after expert reviews of the artificial ielligence team or the IT team. “
Instead of having a security look at artificial ielligence, he should focus on strengthening the security of the system and communication infrastructure: “Observing security issues for artificial ielligence infrastructure or its tools is a sub -priority, and we are making it a top priority.”
Developme cannot be made without the private sector
The Vice -Preside of the Artificial Ielligence and Data Commission of Tehran Organization, referring to the low role of the private sector in the Majlis Research Ceer’s amendme to the general artificial ielligence plan, says:
“Not only is the role of the private sector in the laws and structure of proposed organizations to develop artificial ielligence in the coury; Rather, the role of the Majlis Research Ceer has been overlooked in general. However, if the goal is to develop artificial ielligence, the role and presence of the private sector should be strongly highlighted. Otherwise, this technology will not develop in the coury. “As the developme of artificial ielligence has been slowly slow in rece years and we are lagging behind world championships, it is currely not expected to expect the same developme with such restrictive proposals and eliminating the private sector as the flagship of artificial ielligence developme.”

According to Sajjadi, the expertise and concern of the Artificial Ielligence Fund should be considered. The National Organization of Artificial Ielligence specializes and can be responsible for the fund, but it is only the private sector that can be concerned about developing the technology.
He emphasizes that the performance of the Artificial Ielligence Fund should also be involved in the manageme structure of the technology fund along with the Artificial Ielligence Agency. On the other hand, a clear and specific mechanism for public participation in artificial ielligence developme should be considered to ensure the success of the Artificial Ielligence Developme Fund in a non -corruption and corruption space.
