The charges against the percussion include “abuse of commercial secrets” and violations of federal law on computer crimes. This legal action comes after mohs of sensitive information about the upcoming version of iOS.
Many of the technology ehusiasts remember Prasar’s revelations about iOS 19 (eveually released as iOS 26). Since the beginning of the year, he has attracted a lot of atteion by publishing videos of the camera app and the new Liquid Glass ierface. Although his information did not match the final version, he had properly predicted the overall orieation of the original features, a topic that indicated his access to valid sources.
Apple now explains in its complai how this information has been reached. After ideifying the device’s password, Ramaciti shows him the confideial details of the new operating system in a video call to John Pras.

Apple says Pras not only uses this information to produce coe on its YouTube channel and make money from advertising, but also calls him the main designer of the map. Court documes have been meioned that Ramaculty had promised to pay for the cooperation. The company also emphasized that the releva employee, Ethen Lippnick, was fired for failing to comply with Apple’s security policies. One of Apple’s serious concern is that Prasar still has access to other confideial information, as the iPhone has also coained data on other unreadable projects.
In response to the complai, John Prasar wrote in his X -based accou that Apple’s narrative is not true. He claimed that he had no plans to access others’ mobile phones and was unaware of how information was obtained.
