According to the Tehran Governor, in the ceremony of signing a Memorandum of Understanding, the replaceme of 20,000 gasoline motorcycles with electric models in the capital is one of the most importa issues raised in the curre governme. According to Mohammad Sadegh Motamedian, many devices are tasked with implemeing the Clean Air Law and must perform their duties.
According to Tehran’s standard, domestic companies are capable of producing 800,000 electric motorcycles, which can increase to 1 million and 200,000. He also believes that one of the most importa reasons for not welcoming electric motors is the lack of appropriate infrastructure. The Ministry of Petroleum appears to have promised that if implemeed, the electric motorcycle production plan will be economically justified.
