Xiaomi is said to be working with Huawei and the BBK group to develop its Hyperos 3 as a Google -free alternative and free of services or applications.
Due to the stressful situation between the United States and China, Huawei has been unieionally affected by trade sanctions. The restrictions imposed on the company show that other Chinese companies, such as Xiaomi, may also face a similar fate. Therefore, the full readiness of these companies for any unexpected eve is esseial. Currely, the most importa thing is the rumor that the developme of a version of Hyperos without Google Play programs and services, similar to Huawei Harmonyos, is apparely a BBK group.
Using Huawei’s experience in dealing with problems can be helpful for Xiaomi in the developme of the new Hyperos 3 update. A rumor, originating from Xiaomitime, reports that Xiaomi collaborates with Huawei and BBK (mother company Oppo, Vivo and Oneplus) to create Hyperos 3 updates without Google’s plans and services. At prese, Xiaomi is allowed to use the Android operating system, but no one can predict when the Trump administration will reconsider this business cooperation.
The US governme’s concerns have probably increased when Xiaomi has successfully achieved the final phase of its custom chip design, and plans to launch its first native XRing solution later this moh, though the timing may be delayed.
