Dolingo, a language teaching platform, announced that it will gradually replace its coractors with artificial ielligence technologies in order to accelerate coe production and eliminate duplicate tasks.
Dolingo’s CEO Lewis Phone Anne emphasized in an email that the decision is part of the strategy of turning the company io an artificial ielligence organization.
He said the purpose of these changes was not to completely replace employees, but to liberate human resources to focus on creative work and solve complex problems, promising to support employees through training and new artificial ielligence tools.
This approach involves stopping the use of coractors in the tasks that artificial ielligence can perform, redesigning work processes, and incorporating artificial ielligence skills in recruitme and performance evaluation.
Referring to his previous success in investing in mobile technology in year 2, Dolingo considers artificial ielligence the key to future growth.
Technologies such as producing fast educational coe and capabilities such as artificial ielligence -based video calls have brought Dolingo closer to its goal of providing superior teachers’ quality training, making the company a model for utilizing new technologies.
