According to Microsoft, each person, from simple employee to senior manager, can become a company CEO where artificial intelligence performs different tasks.
The transformation will be based on “demand -based intelligence” and will take place in three stages, including the use of artificial intelligence assistants, cooperation with digital partners and the management of business processes.
However, the widespread entry of artificial intelligence into the labor market also has challenges. Microsoft believes the technology will increase productivity by eliminating hard work, but experts warn that it can lead to widespread human resources unemployment.
The company predicts that in the next five years, organizations will move towards leading companies, where humans play new roles in the work world by guiding and managing artificial intelligence agents.
