In an unprecedeed action, a Newspaper Italian for a moh completely produced by Artificial Ielligence Publishes. The newspaper’s manager said their action is a test to “revive journalism, not to eliminate it.”
The newspaper, called IL Foglio, claims to be the first newspaper in the world to publish fully versions produced by artificial ielligence. Since last Tuesday, the newspaper has begun producing four -page ielligence versions daily. The information of this version includes about 22 articles and three editorials.
To make this version, about 20 journalists from the newspaper call on Openai’s ChatGpt chats to write a story about a particular topic in a special tone. The ChatGPT then produces the text using the information collected from the Iernet.
Claudio Serassa, director of IL Foglio, said in an ierview with AFP (AFP):
“We have achieved a much larger audience with this experime. Many people are discovering our traditional newspaper thanks to artificial ielligence. “On the first day, our sales increased 60 perce.”
He also says about the difference between human journalist force and artificial ielligence:
