According to Snap Public Relations, the Foundation for Women and Youth Erepreneurship Developme is organizing a participatory learning course to enhance facilitators and local NGOs, which includes 2 hours of in -person training and 4 hours of virtual education. Participas attend the course of the basic implemeation of local developme projects and can ultimately help create sustainable local businesses. Native facilitators can be effective in advancing social projects because of their residence in the area as well as familiarity with needs and resources. Therefore, upgrading the skill of facilitators increases local developme capacities and access to other NGOs to efficie indigenous forces.
Women and Youth Erepreneurship Developme Approach
The Foundation for the Developme of Women and Youth Erepreneurship has launched a local community developme plan with a community -based developme approach in the marginal areas. The project emphasizes endogenous developme and social and economic empowerme of women and the participation of local communities, and the creation of local institutions focused on women is its main goals. The primary steps of this action are taken by the formation of self -esteem groups and small savings funds. Then, by relying on the indigenous capacities and abilities of women, group business is shaped. Social and professional skills training helps women to be more actively involved in improving the quality of life and society around them.
