Openai calls for a complete ban on Chinese artificial ielligence models and chips in the US

Openai in his letter said:
“Since the leading sector of American artificial ielligence is approaching AGI and the Chinese Communist Party is determined to surpass us, the new Trump administration’s artificial ielligence plan can assure American artificial ielligence based on democratic principles of authoritarian artificial ielligence.”
In another part of his letter, Openai has urged the use of the People’s Republic of China’s production equipme, such as Huawei’s artificial ielligence chips, and models that violate user privacy and create security risks such as the risk of IP theft, in the “level” couries. OpenAI also said China may be manipulated by Dip -Sunny artificial ielligence models to cause damage.
Openai says couries are one -level couries that adhere to the democratic principles of artificial ielligence by developing artificial ielligence systems to promote more freedoms for citizens.
Openai and Deepsic have recely been involved in coroversial dispute over their artificial ielligence models. While Openai’s CEO had earlier said the company had no plans to complain about Dipsic, Openai has recely told evidence that Deepsic had copied some of the capabilities of the company’s artificial ielligence models.
In addition, research results showed that more than 5 % of dipsic outputs are very similar to ChatGPT outputs in terms of writing.
