Microsoft iroduced new artificial ielligence ages in the field of sales: “Sales Age“(Sales Age) and”Chat age»(Sales Chat Age). These tools can increase productivity in the sales sector.
According to Microsoft, the new artificial ielligence ages will be iegrated io Microsoft 365 Copilot. According to Microsoft, Sales Age helps sell teams to make more transactions by examining the desired leads, setting up meetings and communicating with customers. It uses customer and CRM data and Microsoft 365 data in its work.

Microsoft has also iroduced Sales Chat, similar to that of artificial ielligence chat ierfaces, where the sales team can access all the information needed in meetings, emails, web and more. Microsoft says the tool should help teams less time to search and spend more time selling.

According to Microsoft, in these tools to access differe information, users only have to give me a simple periphery such as “the trading list that we may fail.” Or, “When I go to the meeting with this customer tomorrow, what should I know before?” Use.
Both factors can be adjusted and taught according to the specific needs of each organization. These ages are added to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat and can be connected to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce so that other users do not need to refer to their CRM platforms.
Microsoft has also iroduced Microsoft AI Accelerator for Sales, an application that helps customers optimize the sales process. The program will be available from April 1, 2025.
