Microsoft has coinued to describe US governme restrictions as a gift to the rising artificial ielligence industry in China.
The US governme has restricted access to advanced artificial ielligence chips and technologies that Western companies have developed because of national security concerns. In response to these measures, China has also sought to develop native artificial ielligence chips and has achieved successes.
