The Vice Preside announced the launch of an open source artificial ielligence platform and invited knowledge -based companies to help develop it and benefit from financial support and governme inceive programs.
Hossein Afshin spoke on the sidelines of the opening ceer of the smart power pla monitoring ceer at the Shariati Combined Cycle Power Pla, referring to Iran’s progress in the field of artificial ielligence, from a great step towards self -sufficiency and ieracting with global developmes. He emphasized that Iran is creating an infrastructure for an open -ended artificial ielligence platform with a clever modeling of successful global examples and localization, which can make a new change in this area.
He explained that Iran, relying on scieific principles and in line with iernational standards, has established the basic foundations of the open text of artificial ielligence to create a unique platform for artificial ielligence developme. The main difference between this platform is that it is developed in a open way so that everyone can participate in it.
The Vice Preside of Science, Technology and Economics of the Preside invited all knowledge -based companies and artificial ielligence professionals to collaborate on the project. He announced that a call to attract capable companies, especially those who experience programming languages, have been published. According to him, the cooperation of these companies and the synergy of the national power will be the main factor in the developme and developme of the open text platform.
Afshin also iroduced another part of the project and announced the launch of a marketplace or studio at the upper layer of the open source ielligence platform. In this section, areas such as energy, health, social security and insurance are defined, and for each of these areas, a call for the participation of knowledge -based companies has been issued.
He emphasized that the scieific deputy would support these companies in the form of Gra. Of course, the main requireme for this support is the opening of the work output, as this is of particular importance to the scieific deputy.
He also explained that after the launch of this section, two other layers were also iended for micro businesses. For example, people who wa to work in the field of artificial ielligence but are not developers can use the tools in these markets or studios. These tools help users eer their data, select the appropriate model, and get the output they need after processing. This sector is particularly designed for businesses that iend to develop their activities and have been called for.
The Vice Preside of Science, Technology and Economics of the Preside announced the support of the governme and inceive programs to develop the platform, saying that in the first and second layers, costs are usually funded by the governme because these sectors are not directly income. Although it was possible to transfer markets to specific companies, the governme’s main policy is to preserve the open text platform of artificial ielligence. Companies that collaborate on this project are required to prese their work output. The main purpose of this project is to attract multiple companies and encourage them to participate.
He added that at the beginning of the project, some companies may ask about their share of the project. The answer is that the initial infrastructure is created and the ideas and participation of these companies need to be further developed. In the future, competitions will be held to ideify and awards models that reduce GPU consumption and computational costs. The main purpose of these competitions is to encourage creativity and innovation in the field of artificial ielligence.
Referring to the 5 -year developme of artificial ielligence worldwide, Afshin said that this technology has grown dramatically from year 1 to 5, but has just been progressing in Iran. He emphasized that bold managers need to be successful in this direction. Managers who are capable of accepting new systems and can increase the productivity of traditional systems.
The Vice Preside emphasized poteial problems in the field of artificial ielligence, emphasizing the necessity of synergy and readiness to face challenges. He explained that we may face restrictions such as blocking IPs along this path. According to him, solutions should be provided to overcome these barriers, as these sectors may be affected by sanctions because of their dependence on iernational infrastructure.
He also announced the immine unveiling of the GPU infrastructure, stressing that access to the main layers of the open text platform is open and could not be boycotted.
Afshin, referring to the conclusion of artificial ielligence coracts with four universities, announced the beginning of a major move in the area. He announced that projects defined for universities and artificial ielligence assistas of ministries would begin with the aim of supporting manpower and creating technology cores and would lead to the establishme of artificial ielligence knowledge companies. He emphasized the competition between universities for the developme of artificial ielligence assista and explained that the scieific deputy would support the competition financially.
The vice preside, rejecting rumors about high financial support figures, said it was based on university performance. He poied to Sharif University for artificial ielligence projects, for example, and explained that universities receive real projects and are expected to be a leader. If the university performs poorly, the focus of support will be transferred to other universities.
In the end, Afshin emphasized the need to change old systems and support the bold managers, and announced the readiness of the scieific deputy to support these changes. He emphasized that the scieific deputy is ready to support these changes and accept responsibility if the problem arises. According to him, with collective cooperation, it is possible to achieve exponeial growth in the field of artificial ielligence.
