Microsoft has recely started to form an iernal eity focusing on the field of artificial ielligence, which will be formed from the iegration of differe parts of the company. The new Microsoft team will be managed by one of Meta’s former engineers and executives.
According to the latest reports, Microsoft plans to form a new iernal division called CoreAI – Platform and Tools. The members of Microsoft’s new artificial ielligence team are from the Dev Div and AI platform departmes, and some employees of the company’s CTO office will also be prese. Their goal is to develop artificial ielligence platforms and tools based on it for Microsoft and its customers.
In an iernal memo to his staff, Satya Nadella has hied that 2025 will see massive changes in applications thanks to advances in artificial ielligence. The CEO of Microsoft believes that in the next 3 years, as many as 30 years, changes will be made that will affect various categories of applications. He has meioned that first of all, there is a need for an iernal departme to formulate how to use artificial ielligence and create applications and tools for it, which will now be the task of the new artificial ielligence team of this company.

Microsoft iends to turn the Azure platform io a huge infrastructure for providing services related to artificial ielligence, in order to welcome other customers along with the company’s proprietary platforms and tools. Jay Parikh, who has joined Microsoft since the end of last year, has been erusted with the responsibility of achieving the aforemeioned goals. He spe a decade as a senior engineer and executive at Meta, and will now be a member of Microsoft’s manageme team, reporting directly to the company’s CEO.
It is worth noting that the director of the new CoreAI departme has a long history in the field of projects related to data ceers and infrastructure in Meta. He also worked as the CEO of the cloud security startup Lacework before joining the Redmondis.
