According to the AppleInsider report, despite the release of the first beta version of iOS 18.2 for developers, access to its new graphics and image generation tools will be limited. “You’ll be notified when Image Playground, Genmoji, and Image Wand are ready for testing,” Apple said in a note to developers.

It seems that iOS 18.2 AI features will be released to the public before the end of 2024. More specifically, the waiting list indicates that public beta versions of iOS 18.2 are unlikely to be released before late November, with the final version expected in December.
