He clearly stated: “Startups that wa to eer the field of artificial ielligence have to face serious challenges. “The issue he addressed the most was the lack of access to cloud infrastructure and appropriate data resources.”
He emphasized: “In couries like the US and China, large companies have invested millions of dollars in data infrastructure so that they can benefit from the infinite benefits of artificial ielligence. Meanwhile, in Iran, many startups still do not have access to the basic infrastructure to work with big data and complex processing.
Referring to one of his personal experiences, Fazouni talked about a project he had recely with one of the coury’s biggest banks. He coinued: “In this project, the manager of IT Bank asked him to do a complex data migration from old systems to a new system like Kafka. However, the biggest shock came to him when the bank manager admitted that a few mohs ago, they had a data leak and could not even ideify from which database the information was leaked.
This experience for Fazouni not only showed the weakness of data security in the coury, but also convinced him that small startups have no chance to succeed in this market without access to strong infrastructure. He meioned this issue as one of the most importa problems facing artificial ielligence startups and emphasized: “Without proper infrastructure, even the best ideas and technologies will remain fruitless.”

Fazuni emphasized that the startups who iend to succeed in the field of artificial ielligence should focus on infrastructure as their first step. “Without strong infrastructure, startups cannot compete properly,” he said. “Using cloud servers not only allows startups to prese their projects properly, but also shows their execution ability.”
Referring to the experience of working with differe teams, he said: “Many startups in Iran fail in the initial stages of their developme due to the lack of proper facilities in using cloud services and other technological resources.”
“Definitely use cloud infrastructure because it can make a big difference in their chances of success,” advised Dr. Fezoni to start-up teams.
Global challenges of artificial ielligence; Threats and opportunities
In his speech, Dr. Fazouni meioned the global challenges associated with the developme of artificial ielligence. He believes: “Artificial ielligence will not only transform the future of technology and various industries, but it is also associated with serious threats. From his poi of view, artificial ielligence can create significa improvemes in many sectors, but at the same time it is iertwined with crises such as climate change and energy shortages.
He poied out that many people have only focused on the positive aspects of artificial ielligence and have neglected the negative aspects and future risks. Fazuni said in this regard: “For example, with the vast advances in various fields such as medicine, agriculture and industry, challenges such as the lack of energy resources also become more promine.”
Dr. Fazouni poied to future crises such as lack of electricity and water as serious threats and said: “If these challenges are not managed properly, technological advances cannot be considered success in the true sense of the word.”

At the end of the speech, Dr. Fezoni meioned two importa recommendations for new startups; Focus on infrastructure and move smartly and cautiously. “First of all, startups should invest in proper infrastructure,” emphasized Dr. Fezoni. Without a strong infrastructure, even the best ideas and technologies will fail.”
He stated: “Many of the world’s successful startups have been able to gain a foothold in the market through the use of cloud servers and big data.”
Fezoni also advised startups: “Move very ielligely and cautiously in the path of artificial ielligence developme. “The speed of developme in this field is very high, and if they cannot compete properly, they will be out of the field quickly.”
He added: “Special atteion should be paid to how to use resources and data manageme in order to take advaage of the available opportunities.”
All in all, this speech shows the future that Iranian startups should prepare for, because global competition in the field of artificial ielligence is only possible for those who have the ability to deal with future infrastructural challenges and threats.
