“Mehkameh Taheri”, the product manager of artificial ielligence, discussed the role of artificial ielligence in the developme and manageme of products at the second Pandora startup gathering and emphasized that the success of products depends only on meeting the real needs of customers.
He discussed the importance of testing ideas before making heavy investmes and using smart technologies and explained why empathy with users and detailed analysis of their needs in the process of producing smart products is the key to success.
The use of artificial ielligence should not be the goal
At the beginning of his speech, Mehmakameh Taheri poied out the importance of correctly understanding the needs of customers in the process of producing products. He emphasized that every idea that comes to mind does not necessarily lead to a successful product. Taheri said: “It is a successful product that can solve the real needs of a group of people. If your product does not meet this need, you cannot expect it to be a significa success in the market.
The most importa part of Taheri’s speech was devoted to the question why should we use artificial ielligence? He said: “The use of artificial ielligence should not be a goal, but a tool to solve real problems.”
Many times we don’t need artificial ielligence and maybe we can solve the same need with simpler solutions. “Only when we have logical reasons to use artificial ielligence, we should go for it.”
“The hardest part is how to test your idea and make sure it can actually be successful,” he coinued.
product design process; From empathy to production
One of the importa parts of the speech was explaining the steps of product design and customer ieraction. Taheri said about a process called “design process” or design with creative thinking: “In this process, we must empathize with our target personas; Talk to them, see their needs and understand how they do their jobs. Then we have to look for ways to make their work process smarter and more efficie.”
Testing ideas with minimal resources; How should we act?
Taheri poied out the importa poi that ideas should be tested with the least number of forces and with the simplest technology. He addressed the problems of companies in this field and said: “Many times, companies cannot back down due to emotional involveme with their product. “They get to a stage where they know the product is not going to be successful, but because of the manpower and the investmes they’ve made, they don’t wa to change course.”
Challenges of product developme with artificial ielligence
Taheri further poied out the challenges that artificial ielligence brings in the process of producing products. He emphasized that the design of artificial ielligence systems requires consta ieraction with users. According to him, a system should be designed that collects user feedback so that it can be improved over time.
He added: “We use user input to improve our system. “Any input that users provide, whether directly or indirectly, helps us improve the system.”
One of the most importa topics that Taheri addressed was the issue of transparency in the use of artificial ielligence. He poied out the need to inform users about the pois where artificial ielligence is used: “When we use artificial ielligence, we must be transpare. “Users should know where this technology is used and what uncertaiies there are in its decisions.”
A path to success in the production of smart products
In the end, Taheri discussed the importance of design processes and coinuous testing of ideas to produce successful products. He stated: “Companies should not stay stuck in their initial ideas and should be ready for coinuous change and improveme. This process involves coinuous ieraction with users, gathering feedback, and coinuous refineme of systems to ultimately deliver a product that truly meets customer needs.”
He believes: “If you wa to produce a successful product, you must first think about the real need of the user, then test your idea with the least resources and be ready to change your path at any mome to achieve the desired result.”
