Dr. Yousef Ghasemi, a professor at Shahid Beheshti University and a promine expert in technology law, in a comprehensive speech about the challenges and opportunities of artificial ielligence in Iran, poied out the need to develop accurate and appropriate regulations in this field. He emphasized the importance of supporting laws and policies in order to facilitate the developme of artificial ielligence and examined the legal and legal obstacles facing this technology.
The necessity of developing artificial ielligence regulations in Iran
In this speech, Dr. Ghasemi poied out that artificial ielligence as an emerging and leading technology requires clear and transpare legal frameworks. Referring to existing legal loopholes, he said: “The developme of artificial ielligence without clear laws and regulations can create serious challenges. “In Iran, we still do not have comprehensive and complete regulations for this technology, and this can hinder progress and innovation in this field.”
The need to formulate inceive and moral laws
He emphasized that artificial ielligence laws should be formulated in such a way as to encourage innovation and research on the one hand and to preve possible abuses and ethical problems in the use of this technology on the other hand. He believes: “Regulations should not only have a restrictive aspect; Rather, they should provide a platform so that investors and researchers can confidely operate in this field. This can help the faster growth of artificial ielligence technology in Iran.”
At the end of his speech, Ghasemi emphasized the need to develop comprehensive and practical laws in the field of artificial ielligence, and noted that due to the rapid growth of this technology at the global level, Iran needs quick and smart action in this field. “If we fail to formulate appropriate regulations in time, we will not only be left behind in taking advaage of the opportunities of artificial ielligence, but we may also face new challenges,” he said. The time has come to create appropriate legal frameworks for the sustainable developme of artificial ielligence in the coury.”
