In the second gathering of artificial ielligence activists and the fifth annual Facebook eve, the specialized panel “Use of artificial ielligence in telecom” was held with the presence of Morteza Eliasi, a member of Nextra’s strategic committee, as the panel director and three promine managers of the coury’s major operators. In this panel, “Mehdi Moazzami Pirou”, the first mobile network and services manager, “Saleh Bani Asad”, the senior marketing manager of Rightel, and “Amir Sedaghat Nejad”, the general manager of Irancell Digital, discussed the applications of artificial ielligence in operators and the challenges facing it.
Applications of artificial ielligence in the coury’s operators
Referring to the importance of the role of artificial ielligence in the communication and telecommunication industries, Eliasi iroduced this panel as an opportunity to examine the challenges and achievemes of this field. In his opening remarks, he said: “Today, artificial ielligence has become one of the most importa pillars of transformation in the telecom industry, and considering the developme of communication infrastructure, the use of artificial ielligence in providing services to customers, managing networks and optimizing services is vital.”
Mehdi Moazzami Pirou: From advanced processing to practical applications in the first mobile phone
The first speaker of this panel was Mehdi Moazzami Pirou, manager of First Mobile Network and Services. By explaining the importance of processing and data-orieed infrastructures in the developme of artificial ielligence, he poied to some importa projects of the first companion. Moazzami Pirro said: “We have been investing in the processing infrastructure and the use of big data for many years. “Using artificial ielligence in network optimization, resource manageme and providing customer-based services is one of our priorities.”
He we on to discuss the challenges in the path of implemeing artificial ielligence in the telecom industry and said: “The main challenge in using artificial ielligence in operators is access to vast data sources and their fast processing. We must be able to manage this data optimally and create a better user experience for our customers with the help of artificial ielligence.”
Saleh Bani Asad: Artificial Ielligence and Innovation in Rightel Marketing
Saleh Bani Asad, Chief Marketing Officer of Rightel, was the second speaker of the panel. Emphasizing the effects of artificial ielligence in the transformation of operators’ marketing, he poied to the strategies used by Rightel in this field. Bani Asad said: “Artificial ielligence has helped us to better analyze the market and ideify the needs of customers more accurately. We use the data collected from users to offer our services and products in a smarter and more targeted way.”
He also provided smart assistas and support based on artificial ielligence and added: “At Rytel, artificial ielligence is not only effective in data analysis and marketing, but also plays a significa role in customer service. We use artificial ielligence to support customers and provide insta services, to increase user satisfaction.”


Amir Sedaghat Nejad: Digital transformation and the role of Irancell in exploiting artificial ielligence
In the coinuation of the panel, Amir Sedaghat Nejad, General Manager of Irancell Digital, examined the role of artificial ielligence in digital transformation and Irancell’s strategies.
Referring to Irancell’s extensive plans for the developme of services based on artificial ielligence, he said: “In rece years, Irancell has made many investmes in the field of artificial ielligence. We are trying to use this technology to provide innovative services to our customers, which will improve the quality of services in addition to increasing productivity.
Sedaghat Nejad also meioned some of Irancell’s projects in the field of artificial ielligence and added: “We are developing iellige systems that use artificial ielligence to analyze user behavior, network manageme and even predict future needs.” These projects help us to provide more services with higher accuracy and quality to our customers.”
At the end of this panel, Morteza Eliasi, summarizing the talks of the operators’ managers, poied out the importance of coordination between the coury’s operators in the use of artificial ielligence and said: “We all see that artificial ielligence has become a vital eleme in the telecom industry. “With cooperation and coordination between operators and investme in artificial ielligence infrastructure, we can see great developmes in this industry in the near future.”
He further added: “This panel showed that all three major operators of the coury are seriously active in the field of artificial ielligence and have extensive plans for the developme and use of this technology. We hope that in the coming years, by using this technology, we will see an improveme in the level of service and a better experience for users.”
